Life after trauma can feel unrecognizable, as if the world you once knew has shifted permanently. While adapting to a “new normal” may be challenging, it’s also an opportunity to rebuild your life with greater purpose, joy, and resilience. Embracing this journey can lead to a stronger, more fulfilled self, and it’s possible to thrive beyond the pain.
